Hi! I have a passion for working with youth and families. I have clinical experience working in an Intensive Outpatient setting and with children, adolescents, teens, and adults. In my work with adolescents and teens, I have supported clients experiencing depression, anxiety, recent life transitions, trauma and grief while collaborating with parents and guardians in supporting their child’s well-being. I meet my clients where they are at and strive to create a safe space for my clients to feel supported. No matter where you are at, I would be honored to walk alongside you on your mental health journey.
I take a person-centered approach and tailor treatment to each client. I utilize modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques to support clients in their growth and increasing their resiliency.
I received her Master’s Degree in Clinical Counseling from Point Loma Nazarene University. am accepting patients in person in Eastlake, Chula Vista or virtually in CA. As a registered associate therapist, I am supervised by Paul Abe, LCSW 25887. If this is an emergency please dial 988.
