As an Attachment Trauma and Treatment Specialist, I provide a supportive space for individuals and couples working through stress, trauma, anxiety, infidelity, and depression. Together, we will focus on healing, resilience, and reconnecting all types of relationships. Our certified therapy dog, Ryker, can also be a part of the process, bringing comfort, calm, and warmth to each session.
Using my experience as an EMT, I understand the unique pressures and unspoken challenges first responders and trauma survivors face. My passion is helping people process overwhelming experiences, manage stress, and strengthen relationships impacted by demanding work.
Life doesn't simply stop once we clock out of work or get home from school. I have worked with teens and adults struggling with family related stressors and interpersonal dynamics. I also have experience in twin related enmeshment and identity mechanics. Reach out at any time to expand on your journey of self discovery.
