I'm a Licensed Mental Health & Addictions Therapist & a Licensed Registered Nurse. I offer one-on-one therapy to individual adults (age 18 & up). I have 14 years of experience, and can be more objective than your friends & family. I may be able to help you process your concerns so you can build a healthier, happier life. I aim to create a safe space where you can discuss your feelings, behaviors & thoughts, and examine obstacles that prevent you from living the life you dream of having.

I work with people who have anxiety, depression, anger, grief, relationship issues, job/career problems, substance issues (alcohol, food, cigarettes, weed, vaping) and/or unhealthy habits (nail-biting, hoarding, overeating, etc.). I also work with clients who are in recovery, have chronic pain or medical issues, and people who want support and acceptance.

My therapeutic stance is collaborative and direct, and my style is warm and compassionate. Therapy is time you give yourself - your well-being MATTERS.
