I have extensive experience across various settings treating teens and adults with depression and anxiety symptoms, perfectionism, student mental health, life transitions, and family challenges. I often work eclecticallywith a mixture of Solution-focused therapy, Reality therapy, CBT, IFS, and boundaries work to meet clients where they are.
