Hi, I’m Tayler. I have a wide diversity of experience working with individuals and couples who are navigating life’s challenges—whether that means working through significant trauma, managing anxiety or mood disorders, understanding OCD, personality traits, or finding support as a member of the LGBTQIA+ community. I use an integrated approach with a major focus on the therapeutic relationship and I utilize systemic thinking to help you understand all the influences in your life and integrate trauma-informed, person-centered approaches, drawing from a range of evidence-based treatments like Trauma-Focused CBT, DBT, ACT, Emotion-Focused Therapy, ERP, ARC, MI and More!
