My role as a therapist is to walk alongside you with compassion and support, creating a collaborative space where you feel seen, heard, and safe to explore. Therapy is not a one-size-fits-all experience, which is why I tailor treatment to meet your individual values, needs, and lived experiences. Together, we will focus on what feels most important to you—whether that’s navigating anxiety, healing from trauma, reducing burnout, or navigating life transitions.
I integrate evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Self-Compassion and somatic techniques to support you in understanding your thoughts, regulating emotions, reconnecting with your body, and making meaningful changes.
I have experience supporting individuals from all walks of life and believe everyone deserves a space to feel safe and supported.
