I work with individuals that are hoping to explore and set more effective boundaries in their life; cultivate self-compassion; and shift rigid expectations they may be holding themselves to that are no longer serving them.
My hope would be for you to feel safe in sharing your story with me. I value creating a nonjudgmental, safe, and LGBTQIA+ affirming atmosphere in session. I utilize a person-centered and gestalt approach to counseling, this means that I may focus on the here and now, and I believe that you are the expert of your life.
