My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your experiences and build tools to move forward.
I work with adults managing a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I work to understand each individual's unique journey, and aim to provide support and validation.
My training in EMDR allows me to help individuals process and heal from past traumas that may continue to influence their present lives, empowering them to move forward with clarity and resilience. I also specialize in perinatal mental health, offering compassionate care tailored to the unique challenges and joys of these life stages.
