I have clinical experience working with children and adolescents with trauma, and their families, as well as experience working with individuals of all ages diagnosed with behavioral, chronic mental health and substance abuse disorders. I've worked in probation, foster care and multidisciplinary teams. Ultimately, it is my goal to find the method that will help each of my clients live their lives to the fullest.
I have training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP) and Sand Tray Therapy. I utilize evidence based practices to guide my practice and to develop individualized treatment plans.
I have a passion for mental health and I am committed to standing by those who are diagnosed with mental health conditions. I create relationships with my clients while helping them to enhance the quality of their life and work through any obstacles that may be holding them back.
