At first sight, therapy on its surface appears to be daunting, and it usually demands a lot of effort from the person seeking therapy, but alas, the commitment to therapy is well worth it, because you are worth it. Whatever the issues, big or small, I am here to tell you, that you do not have to traverse this journey alone!

I am a big believer in community outreach and spreading mental health awareness throughout communities of color to improve accessibility to mental health professionals and resources. I specialize in working with individuals and couples experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, severe clinical disorders, life changes, PTSD, relationship issues, etc.

In my spare time, I enjoy a good social gathering with friends, vacations with family, the sounds of a well-curated musical playlist, and spending time with my fur baby. I am an avid connoisseur of all things Anime, thought-provoking books, and professional boxing!
