I am Dr. Tayibah a licensed professional counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania. I am an action-oriented therapist who is strategic and intentional in my approach. My mission is to provide you with tools and techniques to help you deal with the personal or relationship struggles that led you to seek counseling.
I am typically comfortable working with clients who are experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or just struggling with balancing life in general.
In our first session, I will be building rapport. I will ask clarifying questions about thoughts, symptoms, and feelings. I will also use this time to work with the client to create therapeutic goals and an action plan to achieve the goals.
