As a therapist trained in systems theory, I help people cultivate healthy relationships with themselves, loved ones, community, and larger systems. I use a mixed approach of Narrative, Cognitive Behavioral, and Solution Focused therapies to help clients make lasting changes in their thoughts, emotions, and actions.
My office is in the heart of downtown Simpsonville and offers a safe and cozy space to meet. I also offer virtual sessions for your convenience.
