With a background in education and years of experience working directly with youth, I understand how important it is for teens to feel heard, supported, and respected.
My style is collaborative and approachable. I focus on each teen’s strengths and goals while using practical, research-backed strategies to create real change. Therapy can provide a safe, nonjudgmental space for teens to talk openly, manage anxiety or stress, and build stronger connections with themselves and others.
