You will learn problem-solving skills, gain insight on how to have a healthier perspective toward issues, and may find your symptoms from past traumas alleviated.
I work with individuals, couples, and adolescents treating anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship conflict, learning disabilities, life transitions, trauma, and communication issues. I am certified in premarital counseling, trained in EMDR (for treating trauma), and trained in Restoration Therapy Level II (for individual and couples counseling).
