My first—and perhaps most important—piece of wisdom is this: there is no rulebook for healing. Each person's journey is unique. Along the way, we all encounter obstacles that can interfere with our happiness, our relationships, and our sense of purpose. Sometimes what we need isn't to try harder, but to see ourselves through a different lens.
My work is deeply informed by my experience with addiction and trauma recovery. Throughout my career, I have dedicated myself to learning and refining approaches that help people reconnect with their authentic selves in ways that feel safe, empowering, and lasting.
Today, my passion is relational therapy—what I see as one of the final frontiers of healing. Love and connection have the power to transform us, but we often need specialized tools to fully receive and sustain them. You don't have to walk this path alone. Together, we can discover the skills and insights that support your unique journey toward healing.
Our understanding of the brain and how healing happens has grown tremendously, giving us new hope and new possibilities for lasting wellness. Recovery is possible. Healing is possible. And I want to offer you hope that life can once again feel joyful, meaningful, and even dance-worthy.
