When difficulties arise in life, seeking support can be a significant step towards finding your way. I help individuals navigate stress, anxiety, life transitions, depression, trauma (PTSD), complex trauma (CPTSD), neglect, abuse, relationship issues, self-esteem, and religious trauma. In our sessions, I hope we can build a therapeutic relationship founded on trust, acceptance, and respect while accessing your own internal strength and wisdom. Clients can then safely explore life experiences, beliefs, and fears that contribute to negative emotions and sensations that interfere with day-to-day functioning and life satisfaction.
I use an integrated approach that utilizes different modalities to best meet each client's individual therapeutic needs. I employ EMDR, IFS/parts work, Somatic Therapy, attachment psychology, guided imagery, intuition, self-compassion, and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy to help clients access their innate wisdom and move toward a more integrated self.
