I have been in the human services field for 30 years because it is my belief that everyone can find their way again and sometimes it requires a little help from someone who genuinely cares. I chose this profession because helping others live their best life is what I am most passionate about. I provide a safe, compassionate, relaxed, and non-judgmental space for you to find your way and rediscover hope and purpose in your life.
My approach to therapy is individualized based on the person's needs. I use a variety of interventions that includes TF-CBT, CBT, DBT, MI, ACT, solution-focused, compassion-focused, supportive therapy, narrative therapy, rapid resolution therapy, person-centered, interpersonal, strengths-based, and emotion-focused therapy.
