Hi! I'm Tawny and I'm a passionate mental health professional with a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Argosy University, where I specialized in crisis and trauma. With over 15 years of experience, I have worked alongside individuals navigating challenges like anxiety, depression, substance use, and PTSD, offering compassionate, personalized care every step of the way. I pride myself on being an ally, dedicated to supporting people from all walks of life, backgrounds, and lifestyles. I strive to facilitate a positive, open, comfortable, and non-judgmental therapeutic environment.

My scope of practice includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and EMDR. I have worked with adults, children (6+), and couples from all walks of life. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, PTSD, and Borderline Personality Disorder.
