I strive to incorporate experiential and mindfulness approaches to wellness and healing and I specialize in offering a spectrum of support to clients with diverse needs.

My experience includes adolescents through adults, dealing with life transitions, anxiety, trauma, and loss. My practice is LGBTQIA+ and gender-affirming, welcoming a culturally, economically, racially, and ethnically diverse clientele.
