Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is the foundation by which interventions are built. A strong focus on communication, mindfulness, self-awareness, and self advocacy are key elements of target when working to resolve and restore the family's issues or concerns. The goal is to assist the family in finding balance where are all members are valued and heard.
I possess the skills to be most effectively utilized with children, adolescents and families. Because families are unique systems, I offer tailor-made unique supports and interventions. I have the ability to adjust to meet clients where they are and provide help in a nonjudgmental, safe environment.
