Hello, I specialize in counseling children, adolescents, and young adults in addressing issues like anxiety, emotional dysregulation, low self-esteem, attachment, depression, and trauma. I mainly counsel through Person Centered, Adlerian, and Family Systems lenses which means I believe in occasionally touching base with parents and guardians to increase communication and connection.
I understand every individual has different needs and I strive to cater to the unique qualities each child encompasses. I have experience as a high school counselor and understand the obstacles a child encounters at school. I enjoy working with a wide age range, helping individuals identify triggers and utilize coping mechanisms such as emotional regulation.
I have an office in Livingston and am happy to meet in person, but I also offer flexible scheduling via telehealth services.
