This approach is tremendously helpful in stabilizing one's situation, but going deeper can be a confusing and sometimes upsetting process. I am here to help those who need clinical support navigating the internal changes they seek.

I have extensive experience working with the family members and loved ones of those struggling with addiction, as well as individuals in early sobriety and long-term recovery.
