I specialize in treating ADHD, trauma, and the things that come with each of those mental health obstacles. ADHD and trauma don’t have to continue to limit you in your life. I take a direct approach and focus on getting through/past the barriers and trauma.
I come from a family of 14 kids. Split right down the middle with seven boys and seven girls. I grew up in Sandy, Utah. With a strong passion and a listening ear, digging deep and finding the root of the issue causing turmoil and providing effective tools for people to make the changes they desire. I have always been genuinely interested in others’ life story.
