I help people work with what’s on the surface and what’s below, what’s felt inside as well as what’s experienced outside, in life and with others. Clients who seek my care might be looking for support with challenging relationships, life changes, grief, or difficult situations. Clients might also need help with purpose and meaning, navigating anxiety, depression, overwhelm, or just feeling stuck. I provide a compassionate and grounded space to explore what’s happening in life, make sense of things, and move toward something better.
My practice integrates depth psychology, Jungian psychotherapy, person-centered and somatic approaches as well as creativity. My clients might engage with emotions, sensations, thoughts, beliefs, movement, behaviors, and relational patterns—the whole self—to help move toward growth and a more authentic life.
My goal is to provide support and an empathic space to facilitate going deeper in whatever issues one might face. I feel honored to help those looking to move beyond barriers, discover hidden strengths, become more empowered, gain new insight, or those who just need some support through difficult times.
