I provide individual and group counseling services as well as educational programs across the life span. I operate from an existential, humanistic, person-centered philosophy that emphasizes meaning in one's life, self-actualization, responsibility, and relationships. I view counseling from a tripartite approach where I assist my clients with self-awareness, gaining knowledge, and developing strategies to manage effectively and successfully the various transitions they are experiencing in their lives. I employ my diverse training and integrate a multiplicity of therapeutic interventions that yield optimum results for the individual.
My specialty areas of practice include: include adolescent and adult development, sports counseling, spiritual and Christian interventions, multicultural issues in counseling, and multicultural training and development. I provide HIPAA Compliant Telehealth Counseling. I also have masters-level counselors and interns who provide counseling services.
I am committed to the psychosocial development of the whole person: Personal, social & emotional, intellectual/academic, career, and physical, including health and wellness.
