We all need support in our hectic, busy lives. I help clients work through life stressors/transitions, anxiety, depression, trauma, and everything in-between. I have extensive experience with treating substance use disorders, relational issues, and supporting overall mental health and well-being. I have treatment and/or lived experience with trauma and stressor-related issues, disability, neurodivergence, and LGBTQIA+ community issues. I work with adults 18+ for individual therapy and also provide couple/family therapy to adults.
I use an integrative approach to therapy and meeting you where you are. I offer a nurturing approach with gentle challenges, a non-judgmental space for you to be you, and spend time developing our therapeutic relationship so that you feel safe. I'm well versed in CBT, DBT, ACT, mindfulness and somatic-based approaches, and am trauma-informed.
