Hi there, I'm Tatyana Shields. I believe that therapy is a private space where you can put aside the fear of judgment and pick up tools for personal growth to progress toward balance and peace. I completed my undergraduate studies at State University of New York at Potsdam and received my Master of Social Work degree from Florida International University in Miami, Florida. I have worked in higher education as a staff therapist in New York and specialize in child and adolescent psychotherapy, parent education and skill-building, and experiences of trauma and PTSD.

I have worked with toddlers, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric populations in individual therapy, group settings and performed neurological testing and assessments. I have a passion for working with individuals who face sexuality and identify concerns and have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns like depression, anxiety, & more.
