With a trauma-informed approach, I understand that all kinds of things can come up, be they attachment or inner-child wounds, grief, anxiety, depression, negative self-talk, or coping habits that just don’t work anymore. My goal is to help you understand what you’ve been carrying this whole time, and support you in building a new way of living that feels more connected and true to who you are.
I work with adults 18+, individuals, and couples, with a special focus on supporting folks who are navigating complex or relational trauma (C-PTSD). My work is grounded in a person-centered approach and guided by EMDR. Additionally, I am trained in Ketamine Assisted-EMDR.
Based in Reno, NV, I offer sessions in-person and virtually. If you've been diagnosed with multiple disorders, struggle with relationships, struggle to cope despite best efforts, and feel like something is missing or hasn't completely encompassed what you've experienced and still endure, this group is for you. Learn what Complex-PTSD is and how it manifests in each person. Learn regulation, coping, and self-soothing skills. Connect with others enduring complex/relational trauma and seeking support.
