Therapy is not always comfortable as you begin to unravel so many difficult narratives at times. Whether you have been through one difficult experience or multiple hardships or you have resolved trauma that has resurface. Therapy is a step of bravery in your healing journey. I will always lean on you to set the tone, as I am a firm believer that individuals are experts on their lives and know what they need. As your counselor I will consistently work to provide a non judgmental space that is free of pressures and allows transparency. It is in such a space that healing and introspection can be fostered to reach your goals.
My expertise is working with individuals from adolescents, young adulthood, and millennial women. I specialized in life transitions, day to day stressors, anxiety, depression, and trauma. Using modalities like CBT, Solution Focused Therapy, and other evidenced based approaches to support your goals.
As a Counselor of Latin background I am very honored to see more individuals in our communities stepping into talk therapy. I am humbled to be trusted by individuals to hold that space for them.
