I a licensed marriage of family therapist by degree as well as a women’s empowerment coach by passion. I have over 15 years of experience working with client, especially women. I truly believe we are spiritual beings having a human experience and I’m passionate about supporting women on their journeys of self discovery.
As an alternative to therapy, I also provide Coaching for women if it’s a good fit . Coaching focus's on creating skills and reaching goals. It requires you to be highly self-aware and motivated to participate in your own change and growth. I help women to identify what makes them feel safe, seen and supported and hold people accountable to that.
