I am a licensed social worker, and I welcome you into my therapy space where you can slow down, breathe, and speak openly without fear of being judged or misunderstood.
Working from a trauma-informed perspective, I focus on understanding what you’ve been through, not defining what’s “wrong” with you. Growing up in a Slavic country, spending many years in the U.S., and working with immigrant populations help me connect with people who feel caught between different expectations, identities, or family dynamics.
I offer sessions to individuals and families in either English or Russian. With my gentle guidance, we explore any parts of your life that need care and clarity. Together, we make sense of what you’re experiencing, tend to emotional pain, and explore the resources you may need for additional support while moving toward more balance in your life.
