My name is Tatiana Wilson, LMHC. My clinical approach is CBT. I have experience with crisis intervention & trauma, as well as mood disorders. My most common theoretical orientations are CBT & DBT. If you are looking to find a therapist who will provide you with a safe, warm, and welcoming space; where you can discuss about your emotional, social, and interpersonal struggles in a non-judgmental manner; and embark on your journey to growth, healing, and recovery, I would be more than honored to assist you in this process. I typically work with adults between the ages of 18 and up. I approach goal setting with clients by asking them what their expected goals are in therapy from the intake interview. Then as sessions go by, I will find different techniques to see what works for the client throughout the sessions.
I'm motivated to create a safe and trusting therapeutic environment to help you feel as comfortable as possible to help you move forward in reducing negative emotions, improving relationships with others, or any other issues you may be struggling with.
