I am a first-generation therapist (dog mom and avid reader), and I specialize in supporting adults and couples through life transitions, identity exploration, grief, anxiety, OCD, and relationship challenges. I utilize attachment theory, narrative therapy, mindfulness, and somatic work. In our sessions, we’ll explore patterns that may no longer serve you, build tools for navigating emotions, and focus on living in alignment with what matters most to you. We will also look at how past experiences and current stressors are shaping your present, and how to foster more empowerment and joy in your day-to-day life.
I greatly enjoy working with adults and couples, supporting them through life transitions (like becoming a parent, entering new relationships, coping with loss, or navigating career changes), symptoms of OCD and anxiety, and relationship conflict.
I also assist clients in managing and processing challenging parental/ family dynamics, whether rooted in past experiences or present situations.
