Hi, I’m Tatiana! I am a first generation therapist (avid reader, animal lover, introvert) and I specialize in supporting adults and couples through life transitions, identity exploration, grief, anxiety, and relationship challenges. I walk alongside you, supporting you in finding ways forward that honor your values and foster a sense of safety within yourself I also integrate a culturally sensitive, trauma-informed approach, recognizing the unique experiences, identities, and histories each person brings into the therapeutic space.
In our sessions, we’ll explore patterns that may no longer serve you, we’ll make space for the heavy feelings and gently work on building more compassion for self. We will also look at how past experiences and current stressors are shaping your present, and explore how to foster more empowerment and joy in your day to day life.
