I provide individual therapy for children, adolescents, and young adults both in person and online. I also complete psychoeducational assessments, gifted testing, and ADHD and Autism assessments. I have experience in helping clients manage depression, anxiety, ADHD, and Autism Spectrum Disorder. I provide therapy for children and their families to help them overcome a variety of mental health challenges such as developmental or behavioral concerns, school, and social life adjustment, defiant or risky behavior, parenting concerns, dealing with daily stressors, adjusting to phase of life changes, relationships, and career concerns.
I believe building a strong working relationship with my clients is essential in creating change. My theoretical approach includes utilizing evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), play therapy, and solution-focused strategies, while also using a psychodynamic approach with a focus on attachment.
My goal is to provide a source of support and a safe space where all individuals from different cultural and social backgrounds can express their needs and concerns in a nurturing environment. I work collaboratively with my clients to help them create the tools necessary to better understand themselves and cope with their daily lives.
