Hi I'm Tats! I like to help children, teens, young adults, and overwhelmed parents when life starts to feel unmanageable. I see a lot of kids with ADHD, anxiety, big feelings and bigger behaviors. Teens and young adults that are navigating what's next in life. Parents that are over conflict and ready for change. I provide warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed therapy that helps clients feel understood, regulated, and supported in real change. Since 2018, I’ve worked with families across the lifespan to build emotional regulation, coping skills, and healthier communication.
