We can work together to develop healthy coping skills and stay grounded during these difficult times. You miss your "old self"; I can help you get there.
No single person is the same which is why I'll tailor a course of therapy for you depending on your specific needs. Although I believe in general guiding principles, I don't believe "one size fits all". You're unique and so the therapy that is right for someone else is not necessarily right for you.
