I am a licensed psychologist helping adults who struggle, in part due to busy lives, to navigate anxiety, depression, health behaviors, adjustment, and trauma. My approach is collaborative, integrating cognitive behavioral techniques with motivational enhancement to help you make meaningful changes in your life. In our initial sessions, we'll work together to explore your concerns in a safe and supportive environment. This process is designed to help you gain an understanding of your experiences and begin developing healthy coping strategies tailored to your unique needs.

I am passionate about my work because I come from a military family, where I’ve seen firsthand the diverse challenges that individuals from all walks of life face.
