I prioritize creating a safe and non-judgmental space where clients can openly share their experiences My practice integrates a range of evidence-based therapies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye-Movement Desensitization Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) tailored to meet each client's specific needs.
I am a 40-year-old military spouse and mother who immigrated to the United States at the age of 14. My experiences as a woman, a parent, and someone who has navigated the complexities of identity and community in a new country shape my perspective and understanding.
