Individuals who come to my practice are often navigating trauma, grief, abandonment wounds, anxiety, and depression, as well as major life transitions. Some are also seeking Immigration Psychological Evaluations to support their legal cases. Many feel emotionally overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns that are hard to change. I provide a safe, supportive space to begin making sense of these experiences and move toward healing, stability, and resilience.
