My experience and areas of speciality include but is not limited to the treatment of anxiety disorders, mood disorders, relationship issues, challenges of military life, self-esteem, and emotional/physical wellness. There are no taboo topics. Video sessions offered CA & AZ.
I strongly emphasize on client oriented approaches by recognizing that all individuals come from various backgrounds. In order to accomplish desired life changes, the needs and goals of therapy are set by clients and my role is to support and guide in the process by modification of services to fit the needs of each client.
