Seeking out care & help for your mental health can be daunting & scary, but I applaud you for taking the brave, first step. Lots of people have been where you are now & have improved their quality of life by addressing their mental health needs by coming to counseling. When you come to my office you will be met with empathy, respect & a safe space. I utilize an approach that is tailored specifically to you & your needs. I operate from an strengths based, integrative, & multicultural approach that is driven by goal oriented (Solution-Focused), client driven (Client-Centered) & thought challenging (Cognitive Behavioral) principles.
My goal is to find the counseling style that works best to help you reach your goals & address your needs. I am currently provisionally licensed & have experience working with individuals from all walks of life & a wide range of mental health concerns, but I have a passion and experience for working with military personnel, health care workers and teachers.
