Through rediscovering your own many strengths (and yes, there are many!) we can identify ways that work for you to navigate these challenges and achieve getting to the destination you deserve to be at.
As a newly licensed clinician, my style may stray from what most might expect a therapist to present as. I don't bring a clipboard or paper for notes, but instead provide a safe environment to meet every client where they are at. My specialties include anxiety and depression, stress management, relationship problems, life transitions, and more.
