Hi there, my name is Tate! I Appreciate you taking this leap and seeking support in whatever area that seems challenging or discomforting for you. As a transpersonal and Gestalt therapist, my hope is that we can cultivate a lasting and meaningful relationship with one another while emphasizing the wholeness that you are, and explore and celebrate that together. My practice draws from clinical psychology, anthropology, and various different wisdom traditions to create the optimal space aimed at healing, growth, exploration, and inner-development. I offer depth-oriented, somatic, and experiential therapy for those ready to slow down and listen within. I draw from Somatic Experiencing, Gestalt, and psychedelic-informed integration. We explore your experience through sensation, emotion, imagination, and relationship, not just talking about it.
