Overwhelmed? Dissatisfied? Feeling Stuck? I can completely relate and would love to be able to help you! I am here to walk this journey with you, to be a guide and a support. This is your therapy, so my focus is on what you need and want and not my agenda. I think the relationship between a therapist and their client is the biggest indicator of success, therefore, I focus on building a strong rapport with my clients, making sure the client knows they are supported and validated. I hope that you will feel heard and respected. I love to work with people that are really ready for change and being the best versions of themselves.
I use a variety of techniques that help clients with attachment issues, relationship/marital issues, self-esteem, divorce, anxiety, depression, perfectionism, childhood trauma, and family of origin issues. I do inner child work with clients, if they choose, to help do deeper healing with effective and evidenced based therapies, such as ART.
I am very passionate about what I do. The training I have done is very helpful for adults that are struggling in their relationships with others and with themselves, to treat the effects of childhood trauma, self-worth, and attachment issues.
