Parenting children and teens can be overwhelming. Allow me to help support, encourage, and empower you along your parenting journey. I provide developmentally sound individual psychotherapy to children and teens, using evidence-based treatment approaches rooted in cognitive behavioral therapy. Treatment approaches are tailored to fit your child’s unique needs. I give parents tools to build and strengthen healthy, loving relationships with their children. I am licensed to practice in Washington, DC, Maryland, and Virginia.
I completed my pediatric psychology residency and post-doctoral fellowship in pediatric psychology at UCSF Benioff Children's Hospital Oakland, serving as Chief Resident. Specialties include private parent coaching and behavior management, school issues, ADHD/executive functioning deficits, toileting, sleep hygiene, OCD, anxiety & phobias, and depression.
Parenting On Call is a fee-for-service practice. I am an Out-Of-Network provider for most insurance companies, and can provide you with the necessary documentation needed for reimbursement.
