I am down-to-earth and dedicated. I am an active-listener skilled at working with children and adolescents, and passionate about helping young adults learn to flourish. I can help you understand how your history has shaped how you understand and interact with yourself and others, and then I will collaborate with you to transform old thought patterns into newer, more flexible ways of seeing the world. I help individuals gain a deeper understanding of who they truly are and who they can be. I am a trauma-informed, person-centered, cognitive behavior therapist. I have specific experience working with children and adolescents and their families, as well as young adults of all genders. I take an approach that is empowering and clarifying.
