I work primarily from a Relational perspective, seeing the relationship between client and therapist as the most significant vehicle for change. If you come willing to work on whatever is troubling you, we will be successful. I include other theoretical perspectives, including Sytems, Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioral, Insight-Oriented to name a few. As we get to know each other we will develop a process that will best fit you and your needs. I understand that feeling comfortable with your therapist is essential, so I'll do my best to help you find someone if our fit doesn't feel right.
I specialize with eating disorders and other addictions, as well as with the codependency that is usually associated. I enjoy work with teens and young adults though I see clients across most age spans.
