I view therapy as a collaborative process and integrate evidence-based approaches, including Psychodynamic Therapy, CBT, ACT, and EMDR. These approaches help clients build insight, resilience, and emotional regulation while navigating concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, grief, life transitions, and questions of identity.
