Using a systemic, attachment-based framework, I seek to create an environment that is affirming, strengths-based and collaborative, while also challenging my clients to identify narratives that no longer serve them, behaviors that move them further from their goals, and dynamics they feel stuck in.
Trained in sex therapy, I specialize in all aspects of relationship and sexuality concerns including identity, communication & intimacy challenges, infidelity and other relational norm violations, desire, dysfunction, and sexual abuse. I also have expertise with depression, anxiety, trauma, and grief & loss.
I am a LGBTQ+, kink/poly affirming therapist with over 20 years of experience providing individual and couples counseling to adults in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Florida.
